CRL Base Flanges can be used on guard rail, hand rail stairway, and handicap ramp areas. Available for concrete, steel, and wood substrates and designed for 3/8 inch anchor bolts these base flanges need to be welded to the post during fabrication. Cover plates are sold separately.
