CRL Closed-End Rivets have a cup-shaped end configuration that seals tight when actuated. This design prevents the passage of liquids or vapors around or through the set rivet, at pressures up to 500 psi. Closed-End Rivets provide greater shear and tensile strength than equivalent open-end rivets, an important factor in many industrial and electronic applications. All sizes are shipped only in full factory cartons, which can be assorted with full cartons of open-end rivets for quantity pricing.
